Dinner Auction Fund-Raiser
THE PTA DINNER AUCTION – OUR LARGEST FUNDRAISER OF THE YEAR!!We have some very exciting news for the MAES-PARR’s 23rd Annual PTA Dinner Auction! While tickets to the event are already sold out, this year we have selected some items and made them available for everyone to bid on online! Simply visit http://mtairypta.cmarket.com. In addition, we will be accepting credit cards for the first time both online and at the dinner auction!
The actual event will take place on Saturday, December 1st and the theme for this year is “Main Street Miracles” to honor the businesses that are rebuilding downtown. The event is deemed one of the largest money making events for the PTA with all items donated by local businesses, families, teachers, residents, and all proceeds benefiting students of the two schools.
Because we are offering items online, we will continue to accept both personal and corporate donations. Don’t miss your chance to show your support of education and enrich our community’s future by donating an item to be auctioned. Maybe you, or someone you know owns a business that is services our community and would like to increase their visibility by making a donation; Perhaps you, or someone you know has season ball game tickets and are wiling to donate tickets to one game; or, perhaps someone owns a vacation property that they are willing to donate for a weekend- the possibilities are endless!
Over 900 families will receive the auction booklet which outlines all of the items to be auctioned, provides credit to sponsors, and includes advertising.
